Jesse Streeter exports directly to give you the lowest prices and the fastest delivery. This no frills service does not allow for all the flexibility of a retail store so please be very careful when ordering.
All care is taken to order the correct parts. When ordering new parts please supply all relevant information such as chassis codes/numbers, colors, sizes, offsets, PCDs, especially when there are different versions of the same product. When buying used parts from Yahoo auctions please confirm the part is suitable for you before placing a bid. Bids on Yahoo auctions cannot be cancelled. Please note that sellers can cancel bids if they choose to do so (we CANNOT request this) for any reason they like. For example, the highest bidder has bad feedback etc. If we are outbid, but then the seller cancels the top bid (while the auction is still going), then your bid will become the highest bid once again. This means that you are responsible for following through with the item. This is also the reason why I cannot refund bids until the auction has finished.
Initial quotes will have an estimated shipping weight which may be higher or lower than the actual shipping weight. The final quote will have an exact cost based on the real shipping weight. Exchange rates can vary significantly in short periods of time so quotes may need to be recalculated to accommodate this. Rate calculations from sites such as XE.com are wholesale rates with no brokerage fees so they do not reflect real rates. If you are able to get a better exchange rate than us we will accept payment in yen.
If a quote includes a mistake by either us or our suppliers we will not be able to honor the incorrect price. If the order is canceled we will refund the payment.
Suppliers will usually give an ETA for special orders and back orders. This ETA is an estimation and the parts may arrive sooner or later than estimated. It is not possible to call manufacturers to ask them to “hurry up”.
Bids on Yahoo auctions cannot be canceled! Please ensure your order is correct after it has been confirmed and before transferring your payment. Canceled orders will attract either a 30% cancellation fee or the cancellation fee specified by the supplier, whichever is greater
Streeter Corporation accepts; Pay Pal, International Bank transfers and Australian Bank Transfers. It is not possible to offer a credit of any sort. Please order after payday or after your tax refund has cleared. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed.
Delivery is usually made by Japan Post’s EMS service. Size and weight limits apply. For very large or very heavy items alternate services are available. It is very important to supply your correct; name, address and a telephone number to avoid delays and mistakes. Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect information must be paid by you. After shipping the package can be tracked using this website. Eight to twelve weeks can feel like a very long time so please check your calendar to confirm how long it has been. It is not possible to contact the plane or ship captain to ask them to “hurry up”. We do not ship to domestic addresses in Japan.
Refunds will only be given for parts that were ordered incorrectly based on correct part number information supplied by you. Refunds cannot be given for parts ordered where the Japanese domestic market model differs from the model in your country or if the part was selected by a “best match”.
Used parts have no warranty and sellers will not accept returns. New parts have a manufacturer’s warranty with terms and conditions set out by the manufacturer (often excluding international claims). Warranty return shipping costs must be covered by you. Most local distributors will only provide support for goods imported through them. Japanese products are of very high quality but if the small risk is a concern for you then please compare our prices to your local distributor’s. We pride ourselves on good service and encourage you to speak to others who have used our service before ordering. We can not be held responsible for suitability or checking the items/parts ordered will fit your car so please check your order request carefully. Once ordered we can not cancel from the manufacturer.
For Items that are not ordered at the same time but are requested to be combined with items ordered more than a week apart will get a 1,000 yen per item fee. This is to help with our storage area as we are very low on space due to many packages ready to go but waiting for more items to arrive to be combined. Also, it is to cover staff time and packing materials for if we have to repack multiple times.
We can not accept items ordered through other agents that can not process items as effectively as we can. Apologies if you ordered through someone else but you are stuck paying their higher shipping prices.
After sales support will only be provided to parts/items ordered through Streeter Corporation. If you have ordered parts through other agents/companies, please contact them for after sales support.
Items will be stored free of charge for 1 week. After 1 week we will charge 1,000 yen per week storage fee unless arranged with us previously. Items will be held for a maximum of 3 months, and if no contact, then will be disposed or sold off to recoup any losses. Deposits will not be returned if we dispose/sell the items.
Standard policy is to take tyres off and charge 1,000 per tyre removal/disposal fee. If you would like the tyres left on the wheels, then you must let us know beforehand that you would like tyres left on. Please note that leaving the tyres on will add quite a lot to the shipping cost so if you are unsure, please request a shipping quote first. The reason we take tyres off is to save you money on shipping, not to resell. So we are happy to send with tyres if you are fine with paying the extra shipping cost.
If there is a problem with the order, please do not contact the seller/company directly. This includes any social media. Firstly, they often do not speak any English. Secondly, the order was placed in my name so they have no record of an order in your name. I have Japanese staff here who will contact them and sort out any problems. If you contact the seller directly, it will cause a lot of issues. If contacted direct, I will no longer be able to help you with the issue.
If you have received a damaged item, please make sure you keep all of the packaging. We need photos of that to be able to make insurance claims.
When you receive item(s) from us, please check them as soon as possible. If you have received the wrong item or it is damaged or it is not what was listed in the auction listing, then we can only process your claim if it is within 1 week of when the tracking says you received the item(s). Sellers in Japan generally won’t accept claims after 1 to 2 weeks so that is why claims have to be made as soon as possible. We will not cover claims made after 1 week of receiving the item unless it is a warranty claim.
